  • 1976 – Madrid (Calle General Orgaz 29)

    Founding of MASER in the family garage.

    MASER was founded in the garage of the Belinchón family, starting with the distribution of machinery that had no presence in Spain and Portugal.

  • In 1979, with the incorporation of two people to assist in MASER’s tasks and the trips that were made, the company moved to an office located at 29 General Orgaz Street, Madrid.

  • 1985 – Alicante

    Creation of the ALONE abrasives factory.

    José Luis Belinchón founds the ALONE factory, focused on the manufacture and distribution of abrasives for the stone industry.

  • 1987 – Madrid (Calle Carlos Caamaño 34)

    Relocation to a new office.

    MASER moves to a larger office on the ground floor of Carlos Caamaño 34 to accommodate its growth.

  • 1994 – San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid)

    New relocation to a warehouse.

    Continued growth has led MASER to move to a warehouse in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

  • 1998 – Hospitality sector

    Creation of Lusso and Prodec.

    The Belinchón family enters the hotel and catering sector, marketing coffee machines and porcelain.

  • 2001 – San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid)

    Relocation to a larger warehouse.

    Due to growth, MASER moves to a larger warehouse in San Sebastián de los Reyes.

  • 2006 – Madrid

    Creation of the Lubaloo brand.

    The Belinchón family embarks on a new adventure in the manufacture and sale of children’s clothing with the brand and shop Lubaloo.

  • 2007 – Algete (Madrid)

    Building of new offices.

    MASER moves to a larger warehouse in Algete, building its own warehouse and offices.

  • 2019 – Madrid

    Creation of Soprobel.

    MASER expands its business by creating Soprobel, focused on the restoration of stone pavements.

  • 2020 – France (Southern Branch)

    Opening of a branch in France.

    MASER opens a branch in the South of France to serve customers in that country.

  • 2021 – Madrid

    Creation of Alquibelsan.

    The Belinchón family founded Alquibelsan, a company specialised in the rental of industrial machinery.

  • 2022 – United States of America (USA)

    Creation of Maser USA.

    MASER ventures into the American market by founding Maser USA.

  • 2023 – Caribbean and Latin America (Dominican Republic)

    Creation of Pietra Viva.

    MASER founds Pietra Viva to offer services throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.

  • 2024 – Portugal

    Opening of a branch in Portugal.

    MASER opens a branch in Portugal to support its Portuguese customers.

  • 2024 – Alcobendas (Madrid)

    Present headquarters.

    MASER continues from Alcobendas, a city with a robust business system, to focus on being innovative, technological and sustainable in its growth.
